* Software will be couriered after minimum of 4 to 5 working days
of receipt of
remittance in our bank account. We
recommend direct down of softwares.
* Usually Cheque Clearance by Bank takes minimum 2 & Cash deposit
minimum 1 working day. Confirmatory Email
will be sent on receipt of remittance.
* Usually it takes 2 - 3 days by the Courier agency to deliver the
software.
* Hence Allow minimum of 7 to 10 working days for software delivery
after receipt of remittance in our bank account.
For direct download users allow minimum of 2 to 4
days.
* Users are
Requested to Avail Direct Download facility. It will take only
5 to 10
Minutes to download a software. If our approved Courier
service is not available,
then User is expected to download the software directly from
our web site.
Purchaser can either ask for Direct Download of software or delivery through courier
service, both
modes are not permissible.
* Password for starting the software will be given after 2 working
days of receipt
of User Code from the customer. All user Codes shall
be sent together.
* Passwords shall be obtained within one month of purchase of
Software. The current
price of all the softwares are based on getting
passwords within one month.
The Grace period of getting password
(s) is 3 Months. After that User
shall
pay
a penalty of Rs 1000.0 per Software & send copy of PAN Card and address Proof
by
courier to receive Passwords. User shall also send an
affidavit on Rs 100.0
stamp paper that he has not already taken the
Passwords.
No email attachments are allowed.
Once the Password is given it means our software is correctly installed in your
computer and your License is activated. No more communications / emails / phone
calls will be entertained.
* All communication shall be Strictly through Email only. No Attachments
Allowed.
* Remittance shall be full amount without deducting any tax at
source (TDS) .
* Note that ours is a Consulting Engineering office & not a
book stall.
Any un-necessary Emails or Phone calls such as for Follow Up or Expediting
software delivery etc. will be charged at Rs 1000 per Phone Call /
Email.
* Courier POD / Document details will be given on request.
Purchaser shall
co-ordinate with the courier to ensure delivery after getting
details from us.
Customers requiring very urgent
Software Delivery and
password shall pay 3 times the software cost.
* Any Installation / Setup Clarifications shall be sorted out by
user within 20 days.
We will not entertain any subsequent clarifications
due to any changes in user's
computer, unless new License is purchased. We provide
setup technical support
only once (If paid for), and not every time a User formats the PC or changes the
Window system.
Price of Softwares do not include any after Sales
Service. Customer shall pay for any
service / Question / Guidance required. Minimum amount = Rs 5000.0
Software License cannot be transferred from one computer to another.

* Our Softwares are compatible with all versions of Windows XP,
Windows 7,
Windows 8 , Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.
Except Home basic.
Incase of any problem user shall change system to 32 bits.

For Window 10 - 64 bits users, Install only Window 10 Professional version, 64 bits
along with MS Office version 10.
* If any software does not work on Windows 10 - 64 bit , then user to Install
Windows 7 - 32 bit.
Money will not be refunded if the software does not work in users Windows 10
system.
It takes only 10 mins to partition hard disk and install a new Windows 7 along with
existing Windows.
* If the program gives error then change to Win 7 or 8, 32 bits &
compatible MS office.
* Our 2 D Frame Analysis is 32 bits software hence use Win 7 or 8, 32 bits.
One possible solution is to partition your Hard Drive in 2 or more drives.
Install Window 10, 64 bits in one drive and Install Window 7, 32 bits in another drive.
Boot your system under Window 7, 32 bits. Install our softwares in Window 7, 32 bits system.
Do not forget to Install compatible MS office 2007.
The other alternative is to use another computer having W 7 , 32 bits
OS.
Softwares are produced on no profit no loss basis.
We have kept prices very low (Approx. 1/10 th to 1/20 th of actual
value) so that our Individual Engineering fraternity Members can benefit from
our distilled experience of past 35 years. However resourceful
companies can help us in our endeavor by Paying actual value or can
buy more Licenses without any discount. This helpful gesture will go
a long way in producing more cost effective softwares.
Price of Software does not Include any after sales service.
You have to pay for any after sales service / Help during setup
& Software Coaching.
Total
Fee is Basic + Setup help + Coaching.
You can avail after sales service / Coaching only once within 20 days
after paying fee at the time of purchase.
If you have not paid for any after sales service you cannot get any help for installations, setup, Password, User Code, Registry error
etc..
Setup instructions are given on our web site.
Un-necessary emails / Phone calls will be charged @ 5000.0 per unit.
After sales service does not include Coaching. Separate payment shall be made for coaching.

In case DD or Cheque received is Rejected (Dishonored) by the Bank
due to
Incorrect Signature or Name or any other Error, the Rejected
cheque will be
sent to customer along with Softwares, after
receiving new DD or Cheque.
The customer shall cancel the Rejected
check at his end on intimation from
Us by Phone or Email
Immediately.
Any Penalty imposed by Bank shall be borne by customer.

If the Software sent to a customer is returned back to us due to
Improper
Address or Person Not Found or any other reason, then Softwares
will be sent
for the 2nd time after receiving back the Softwares
from the courier and a
DD of Rs 750 /- from the purchaser. It is Important to give Complete Postal Address
including
Pin code, Phone, Cell no. contact person's name and Email address
while placing order.
* Software Prices Basic + setup Help +
Coaching (Minimum Fee) are fixed as given in
our order form. Coaching fee can be more than minimum.
No communications will be entertained on discount or rebate etc.
Whenever a software is
revised or upgraded, user can buy the new software as per
prevailing rates
without any rebate.
* For Cash deposits add Rs 250/- extra per transaction
* All our Softwares are self learning products. Softwares are Easy to Learn,
Interactive, User Friendly & Simple & do not require any Guidance or Computer
training. Hence we have not added any Guidance or Computer training Cost to our
Price. We will not entertain any request on Training / Guidance. We have provided "
Learn " Option , Actual Example & Sample Programs for Softwares wherever
applicable. So far we have sold in excess of 30000 Softwares without
imparting any training. Coaching if required will be Rs 5000.0 / 10000.0 per
software. (Minimum)
* All our Software License is Linked to Customer's Computer Generated User Code.
Any change in User Code means expiry of License. User shall purchase
new License as prevailing rates.
Once the Password is given to user, it means that
our software is
correctly installed in user's computer.
* It is deemed understood by us that Customer has accepted the
above terms &
condition before purchasing software. Subject to Mumbai
Jurisdiction.
* Software once sold cannot be taken back nor exchanged.
* User will not get involved in computer Piracy of our softwares.
* In software download mode you will only download the software(s)
for which payments has been made by you.
* User will not install our software in any computer except for which Password is
received.
* You are a qualified Engineer & having proper knowledge of software purchased.
* You are having basic computer knowledge of Windows & its operating System.
* You are having knowledge of AutoCAD for our AutoCAD based softwares.
* In any software most of the Programs are developed by us, however
some
Programs are downloaded from the internet for information
only.
We do not take any responsibility & working of these
programs on Users computer.
* All in-house developed Programs are based on available Indian
Standard Codes /
IRC / CPWD Specs at the time of development.
Subsequent revisions in Codes / Specs may or may not
reflect in our softwares.
We reserve the right to upgrade the softwares when deemed
necessary by us.
