So far we have sold in excess of 50000 Softwares without imparting any training / clarification / guidance.
However if a user needs Coaching in order to use the Softwares effectively , then he/ she may avail for the same by paying the required Fee per software. The fee given is indicative & minimum.

All Softwares are Priced on the basis of Single User License Per Computer.

 Remittance shall be full amount without deducting any tax at source (TDS). 

 Software Prices are 50 % higher for Purchasers outside India. Customers outside
    India to avail direct download facility.

Direct Downloading of Softwares Possible. The above Prices are Valid when Softwares 
    are directly Downloaded to Customer's Computer. Users are Requested to Avail Direct  
    Download  facility. It will take only 5 to 10 Minutes to download a software.
   
 We are consulting Engineers, developing Softwares.
    We do not have branches or agents anywhere in INDIA or Abroad.

We do not have any local agents / distributors. Minimum time for sending software Link
     after receiving remittance in our account is 2 working days. Password will be sent
     after 2 working days (Minimum) of receiving User Code through Email. All User
     Codes shall be sent together.
     Passwords shall be obtained within one month of purchase of Software.
     All communications in this regard shall be through Emails only.

Our Softwares are compatible with all versions of Windows XP, Windows 7,
    Windows 8 , Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. Except Home basic.
    Incase of any problem user shall change system to 32 bits.

 For Window 10 - 64 bits users, Install only Window 10 Professional version, 64 bits along with 
     MS Office version 10.

If the program gives error then change to Win 7 or 8, 32 bits & compatible MS office.

Our 2 D Frame Analysis is 32 bits software hence use Win 7 or 8, 32 bits.

All our Softwares are self learning products. Softwares are Easy to Learn,
    Interactive, User Friendly & Simple & do not require any Guidance or Computer
    training. For potential & actual Users we have provided " Learn " Option , Actual 
    Example, DEMO & Sample Programs of Softwares wherever applicable. So far we have 
    sold in excess of 50000  Softwares worldwide without imparting any Guidance / 
    Clarification / Training. Individual Software customization is not possible.  

GST/ Sales Tax/ VAT is not applicable to us. If Bill is required (Without GST) then user shall pay 
     Rs 500.0 for the Bill / Receipt / Invoice.
