| SOFTWARE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS | |
| 1. | Run the
Setup and re-start the computer. GO to START -> Programs -> Name_Of_Software.exe Right Click on Name_Of_Software.exe -> Send to Desk Top (Create Short Cut). Now double click this short cut icon to start the program. Your computer will generate User's Code. This Computer Generated User Code will have 8 ( Eight ) Characters. It is Recommended to Upgrade / Change / Repair the Motherboard / Computer before asking for User Code. Send this User Code + Purchase details viz; 1. Name of Purchaser 2. Names of Softwares Purchased 3. Computer Generated User Code for Each Software, by Email, we will send the Password within 2 days. |
| 2. | All SUPER CIVIL CD Softwares are having Single User License, and as such are to be installed on a Single Computer.
If a user wants to work on multiple computers then additional Licenses of software is to be purchased. The prices of our softwares are very reasonable, & are based on Single User License Per Computer.

Softwares are Easy to Learn, Interactive, User Friendly & Simple & do not require any Guidance or Computer training. Hence we have not added any Guidance or Computer training Cost to our Price. We will not entertain any request on Training / Guidance. We have provided " Learn " Option , Actual Example & Sample Programs for Softwares wherever applicable. So far we have sold in excess of 8000 Softwares without imparting any training. User should preserve the Password & in case of any problem with the computer, such as Re-Installation of Window OS / Drive Formatting etc. use the same Password after running Setup.exe from our software CD. SUPER CIVIL CD office does not keep record of the Password once it is given to the user. The password is required to be entered only once, and not always when the computer starts. It is Recommended to Upgrade / Change / Repair the Motherboard / Computer before asking for User Code. Note that our Software License is Linked to Customers Computer Generated User Code. Any change in User Code means expiry of License. | 3. | Always run the software from its desk top icon short cut. |
| 4. | Use JavaScript enabled browser. |
| 5. | In case the program does not run, install vbrun6 & dotnetfx.exe. These softwares are also given with the setup CD & is in " Rcf_Dotnet_IE6 " Folder. Window installer & IE6 are also available in this folder. Window 98 user shall have minimum IE6 installed in their computers. Users having Window XP/Vista may not be required to run dotnetfx.exe. |
| 6. | Software
will not work from Server. It works only on PC. The computer should have its
operating system (Window OS) installed in C drive. Our Softwares are compatible with all versions of Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 , Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. Except Home basic. Incase of any problem user shall change system to 32 bits. For Window 10 - 64 bits users, Install only Window 10 Professional version, 64 bits along with MS Office version 10. If any software does not work on Windows 10 - 64 bit , then user to Install Windows 7 - 32 bit. Money will not be refunded if the software does not work in users Windows 10 system. It takes only 10 mins to partition hard disk and install a new Windows 7 along with existing Windows. If the program gives error then change to Win 7 or 8, 32 bits & compatible MS office. Our 2 D Frame Analysis is 32 bits software hence use Win 7 or 8, 32 bits. |
| 7. | Internet is not required to run Super Civil CD Softwares. |
