Installation Instructions :
Please gothrough the Installation Instruction Page / License Card
given by Us.
You have to send User Code as generated by your computer.
Run the setup and start the program.
Your computer will generate User's Code.
Send this User Code + Purchase details viz;
1. Name of Purchaser
2. Bill / Receipt no.
3. Date of Bill / Receipt
4. Our License no. on Card.
5. Names of Softwares Purchased,
6. Computer Generated User Code for Each Software,
by Email, we will send the Password ASAP.

In case Program gives any error or does not start then
Run dotnetfx.exe and vbrun6.exe softwares.
Re-start after installation.
These softwares are included with the CD.

All SUPER CIVIL CD Softwares are having Single User License, and as such are to be installed on a Single Computer.
If a user wants to work on multiple computers then additional Licenses of software is to be purchased. The prices of our softwares are very reasonable, & are based on Single User License Per Computer.

We produce Softwares on No Profit / Loss basis. All our softwares are self learning products. Softwares are Easy to Learn, Interactive, User Friendly & Simple & do not require any Guidance or Computer training. Hence we have not added any Guidance or Computer training Cost to our Price. We will not entertain any request on Training / Guidance. We have provided " Learn " Option , Actual Example & Sample Programs for Softwares wherever applicable. So far we have sold in excess of 8000 Softwares without imparting any training.
User should preserve the Password & in case of any problem with the computer, such as Re-Installation of Window OS / Drive Formatting etc. use the same Password after running Setup.exe from our software CD. SUPER CIVIL CD office does not keep record of the Password once it is given to the user. The password is required to be entered only once, and not always when the computer starts. It is Recommended to Upgrade / Change / Repair the Motherboard / Computer before asking for User Code.
Note that our Software License is Linked to Customers Computer Generated User Code. Any change in User Code means expiry of License. However If a User has lost Password or changed / Upgraded the Motherboard or User Code has changed due to any reason then Same License can be renewed, refer following Link for details.

seeking any explanation. Any clarification on setup related problem
(if any) can be
emailed to us.
* Users to give confirmatory Email upon receipt of
software. Users shall Install the
Software within 10 Days (Including getting Password). In case
of no communication
from the User within 10 days we will assume that software is
already received &
Installed in Users Computer. |
* If any
problem arises during Execution of any program than user should ZIP
the
relevant files & send it as email attachment, giving
following Details.
● Name of Purchaser.
● Names of Softwares Purchased.
● Purchase Date of Softwares.
● Receipt / Bill Number.
● License Number of Softwares.
● Problem description in detail including its location. |

At the Time of Publishing Softwares, we use Relevant / Updated IS
Codes as far as
possible. However in due course of time some Codes get revised.
SUPER CIVIL CD
or Y. A. AGBOATWALA is not liable to revise the Software as per
changes in the IS
Code immediately. SCCD / Y. A. Agboatwala will revise the Softwares
to confirm
with the revised IS Codes subsequently. However there shall be no
set Time Limit to
comply. |
