This program designs braced reinforced concrete walls under axial compression . 
User should use column program if flexural tension develops in wall. 
Links if  required are not designed by this program.
f y ( characteristic strength of reinforcement )   =  415 N / mm2 .
In case the nominal cover exceeds 35 mm, additional measures such as application of fire resistant finishes, sacrificial steel in tensile zone etc. should be adopted to give protection against spalling.
Some salient features of CODE regarding durability are as under. The cement content, maximum w/c ratio, and concrete grade corresponds to normal 20 mm size aggregate.
