Is internet required to run Software given in Super Civil CD. |
| No. The programs run independently from CD ROM drive. Keep Super Civil CD all the time in the CD ROM drive while designing or looking for information. | |

Which operating (OS) system is required to run SCCD. |
| Windows 95/98/ME/XP/2000/NT/ Windows 7. | |

Will SCCD will work on Server. |
| No. It works only on PC. The computer should have its operating system (OS) installed in C drive. | |

What if their there is any discrepancy or error found in the designs/data bank. |
| The author has been using most of these programs for the past 18 years. However their could be some bugs or genuine errors in designs or databank. We request the users to bring these to the notice of SUPER CIVIL CD through email or by letter, describing in details the data entered, actual & expected output. Appropriate Action will be taken on case to case basis. | |

How the CD will be delivered ? |
| Super Civil CD will be delivered by Courier Service or by Speed Post within 2 to 3 days of receiving the Remittance (Cheque/DD) within India. Duly acknowledged receipt will be included in the packing. | |

| Internet Explorer 5.0 & later versions shall be used. | |

Is JavaScript is must to view " super civil Cd " ? |
| Yes, the browser should be JavaScript enabled. All online designs are carried out using JavaScript at the user's end. Incase the JavaScript is turned off in your browser, there will not be any display of design results. | |

| If you are using Internet Explorer 6+, click Tools -> Internet Options -> Security. Then select the Internet Web Content Zone, click Custom Level, & scroll down until you find the Active Scripting Category. Finally, ensure that the radio button next to Enable is Checked. | |
