What is the aim of " VALUATION of Plant and Machinery " Software?
  The main aim of the software is as follows:
a.  To educate & inform the reader.
b. To provide programs required, for calculation of various aspects of valuation.
c. To provide various valuation forms needed for day to day practice.
d. Examples are provided for easy understanding of software / subject.
Who can benefit from this software?
  In particular Valuers of Plant and Machineries and Students.
  In general any Professional related to Valuation of Assets.
Is internet required to run Software given in Super Real Valuation.
  No. The programs run independently from your local drive. 
Which operating (OS) system is required to run Software.
  Windows XP/Win 7/ Win 8.
Will Software work on Server ?
  No. It works only on PC. The computer should have its operating system (OS) installed FROM C drive.
Can we Save, Re-open & Edit our files ?
  Yes And No.

1. The programs which display FILE and EXIT options, have Save, Re-open & Edit file facilities.
When option FILE is clicked, two options NEW and OPEN are displayed.

When NEW option is clicked, a "save as" Dialogue box will open. User can select a existing Folder (Directory) & give a new file name & then click save. Thus a File is created.

When OPEN option is clicked, a "open" Dialogue box will open. User can select a existing Folder (Directory) & existing file & then click open. This will open an already existing File.

2. The programs which do not display FILE and EXIT options, Saving & Editing file facilities are absent. 

However you can print the file.

A User can also save the info by printing to a text file. For the following steps to print data to a file & not to a printer.

a.  Start -> Settings -> Printer. 
b.  Add new printer. 
c.  Select Generic printer. 
d.  Now Window will ask for Window system disk. Insert the disk & required file will be copied.
e. Tick Copy to file box. Give a file name with extension .txt or .doc.
f.  Use any text editor to view the file. Here again Window will ask for M. S. Office Disk. Insert the disk & required file will be copied. Now the text file is created.

If PDF Creator is installed in users computer then file can be directly printed to PDF. Just select Print - > Printer - > PDF
 

What if their there is any discrepancy or error found in the software.
  We have taken utmost care in preparation of software. However their could be some bugs or genuine errors in designs or databank. We request the users to bring these to the notice of the author through email or by letter, describing in details the data entered, actual & expected output. Appropriate Action will be taken on case to case basis. There is no time limit for such correction.
How the software will be delivered ?
  Software will be delivered by Courier Service or by Registered A. D. within 3 to 4 days of receiving the Remittance (Cheque/DD)  within India. Duly acknowledged receipt & Bill will be included in the packing.
However it is better to directly download the software after payment.
Which web browser shall be used for viewing ?
  Internet Explorer 5.0 & later versions shall be used.
Is JavaScript is must to view Software ?
  Yes, the browser should be JavaScript enabled. Most of the calculations are carried out using JavaScript at the user's end. In case the JavaScript is turned off in your browser, there will not be any display of analysis results.
How do I turn on JavaScript on my browser ?
  If you are using Internet Explorer 5+, click Tools -> Internet Options -> Security. Then select the Internet Web Content Zone, click Custom Level, & scroll down until you find the Active Scripting Category. Finally, ensure that the radio button next to Enable is Checked.
