SHORT ONLINE COACHING / HELP SESSIONS OF 
SUPER CIVIL CD SOFTWARES
All our Softwares are self learning products. Softwares are Easy to Learn, Interactive, User Friendly & Simple & do not require any Guidance, Clarifications or Computer training. Hence we have not added any Guidance, Clarification or Computer training Cost / Man-Hours to our Price.  We have provided " Learn " Option , Actual Example & Sample Programs for Softwares wherever applicable. So far we have sold in excess of 30000 Softwares without imparting any training / clarification / guidance.

In order that a user may effectively utilize the software more profitably we are conducting short online Coaching / help sessions at nominal cost.
 
 1 User should be legal license holder of the software and should be familiar with its working.
2 The software training is restricted only to demonstrate and clarify the menus,  functions, features & various commands of individual software.
 3 No Technical queries will be entertained.
 4 Features will be demonstrated using our typical Sample / Examples, given on our website. User's own Example will not be used.
 5 For AutoCAD based softwares our Typical Existing AutoCAD Drawings will be used to demonstrate scanning. Clients Drawings will not be used for scanning.
We do not teach AutoCAD. It is expected that User knows AutoCAD very well.
6 User shall take the print out of LEARN Option and go through it atleast 3 times, before commencement of online Coaching session whenever LEARN is available.
 7 User to download and run the Demo and Example files (where ever applicable) before taking this Coaching session.
 8 This online Coaching session does not include computer training. It is expected that user is aware of basic computer functions such as Copy, Delete and File Creation etc.
 9 Online sessions will be conducted using Phone and Team viewer software if required.
User shall give phone call if required, during the session.
User to download and install Team viewer software.
 10 Session will be conducted on mutually convenient time and date between 
10 AM - 6 PM.
Coaching Duration is as follows :
If Coaching Duration exceeds the mandated duration, the Coaching session will come to an end automatically. Payment shall be made for the next session.
